Please be aware that the particular person you wish to speak to may not be in, taking a class or with another customer. Customer appointments can range in time from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the nature of the service, it's your time so make it worthwhile. We want to spend the best time with you and give you the best advice possible, so we strongly suggest you ring and check first before turning up. Customers who have made an appointment will be served first; the walk-in customer may have to wait.
